Step 3 : Create Survey Page

Click on "Survey Page" to create the page. (see screen-shot above)

Click on "Click Here" buttons to firstly, select / edit page name and style and secondly, to create page contents.

Here, you name your page, select the page style and decide the page headline, the introduction and receiver's email. After completion, click on "Ok" to save.

While for the Create / Edit Page Contents, you fill in the questions and the multiple answers for each question. Click on "Ok" after completion and return to the previous page, click "Preview" to see how this page looks like.

This is the page for you to conduct an online survey that allow you to receive automated response from customers.
