To setup Domain Forwarding and URL Masking, you must register an account at FreeDomainRegistration.com (http://www.freedomainregistration.com).

First of all from the mainpage of FreeDomainRegistration.com, Click on "My Account" as shown in screenshot below.

Click on "setup a new account" if you are a new user to register a new account.
